As a milestone in the progress of digital banking and to deliver banking services at the doorsteps of citizens, Digicon will implement & operate state of the art Call Center services for the largest state-owned bank in Bangladesh, Sonali Bank Limited (SBL).
An agreement was inked between Sonali Bank Limited, Digicon Technologies PLC and Earth Next Technologies Limited (JV) on Monday 22nd August,2022.
Under this agreement, a centralized communication system will be created, enabling around-the-clock service delivery via telephone, mobile phone, SMS, email & other digital channels.
