Client Brief:

The largest telecom operator in Bangladesh in terms of revenue, coverage and subscriber base. The company was incorporated on 10 October 1996 as a private limited company, later converted to a public limited company on 25 June 2007. The company became stock listed and started its trading at Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges from 16 November 2009.

The Challenges:

This was a highly ambitious project. The pending debt which was getting accumulated with each day was pain area for our client. It was very alarming for the client when these debts where on a steady increasing trend. Client wanted Digicon to increase revenue and decrease bad debt by involving our experts. This target was never been achieved, yet team took it as challenge.


The Solution:

  • Special sales focused training was arranged for both inbound and outbound team
  • SOP revamping, coaching on structured call taking approach, knowledge enhancement sessions to bridge the knowledge gaps were the mentionable approaches which were considered to ensure the required solution.
