On 15th March, Secretary Sheikh Mohammad Salim Ullah Sir, Department of Financial Institutions (FID), Ministry of Finance, inaugurated the Contact Center service as the chief guest at the opening ceremony organized at the bank’s head office.
The chairman of the board of directors of the bank Mr. Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui Sir was present at the opening ceremony as the chief guest under the chairmanship of the Managing Director and CEO Mr. Md. Afzal Karim sir.
With the opening of Sonali Bank’s Contact Center, customers and citizens can now obtain rapid assistance with any questions or issues relating to the bank’s numerous services, cards, deposits, and loans by contacting 16639 (from outside Bangladesh, +88 09610016639) 24/7 a day.
