The founders and the senior management have extensive knowledge on technology management & technology sales expertise and have worked for leading IT companies in the U.S. From managing Contact Centers for Microsoft to running sales of leading software companies in the U.S. The founders of Digicon have more than 15 years of combined IT industry experience and have worked for large companies which served organizations like Intel & Microsoft.
Azmal Haque Azim, an IT graduate from University of Oklahoma, has been professionally engaged with US and Bangladeshi IT industry for more than 20 years. He is the Chairman of Digicon Technologies PLC, as well as the Director of Techcity Bangladesh Limited. He started his career with a Dallas based software company as a Technical Analyst in USA. Mr. Azim has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic vision, innovation, and growth. Under his leadership, he has emerged as a leading player in the digital solutions industry, known for its cutting-edge technologies and customer-centric approach.
As the Managing Director of DIGICON Technologies Ltd., Mr. Aziz Al Kaiser leads the company’s strategic vision, operations, and business growth. He is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across banking, insurance, shipping, capital markets, and corporate governance. He has served as the Chairman of City Bank Limited, where he led major modernization and digital transformation initiatives. He is also a Trustee Board Member of North South University and serves as Member Secretary of the Bangladesh Cricket Board. Additionally, he is an active member of BGMEA, FBCCI, and the Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB).
Mr. Kaiser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the United Kingdom and has successfully expanded and managed multiple enterprises within the Partex Group. He is recognized for his visionary leadership, driving innovation, institutional development, and sustainable organizational growth.
As Director of Digicon Technologies PLC and Executive Director of Partex Star Group, leads multiple ventures including Partex Agro, Partex Cables, and Partex Furniture. He is dedicated to driving business transformation through data-driven innovation, process improvement, and employee empowerment. Upholding the legacy of Partex’s founding values, Mr. Kaiser continues to foster sustainable growth and organizational excellence.
As a Head of Finance at DIGICON, Mr. Hossain is responsible to develop, control, implement and monitor the company’s accounts, Finance, Internal Audit and share department. He is the administer of Accounts, Finance and share department. He has vast knowledge about IAS/BAS, IFRS, BSA, Company Law, Taxation, VAT, Securit Exchange Rules, and Corporate Governance Coder. Anwar holds a master of commerce in Accounting. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and a Hon’able member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (DTBA).
Soham Ghosh has proven competencies in suggesting appropriate technology-based solution for enhancing functional efficiency of the organization and achieving business excellence. A certified Lean / Six Sigma professional. Mr. Ghosh has over 15 years of experience in service & project delivery with FinTech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Streaming Media, DTH, Mobility, IT Support, FMGC and Consumer Durables industry with expertise in BI, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy and Customer Experience domain. His problem-solving skills through collaborative leadership approach has delivered significant success for the businesses.
As Head of Information Technology at DIGICON, Mr. Mosharrof is working in the fast-growing IT and IT-enabled services of Technology throughout the organization. Managing the projects in aspects of implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT security systems. Providing expert opinion on the direction IT is traveling and contributing to the overall development of client services across multiple industries such as Banking, Payment Gateways, MFS, Utilities, etc.; managing internal and external stakeholders; and supporting when systems are being upgraded, installed, or adopted by CR. He brings over 16 years of experience in managing project deliverables and timelines, IT Security, Solution Architecture Design, and working with staff to develop plans and strategies.
Before joining DIGICON, he worked in DOTLINES as an infrastructure manager with the responsibilities of Banglalink SDP, GP SIVR, Telenor content-based services, DIGI, Maxis, bKash, etc. platform IT infrastructure/server management and maintenance.

Mr. Wahidur Rahman Sharif is the Managing Director of Digicon Technologies PLC. Along with, he is the Managing Director of Digicon Global Services Limited and Techcity Bangladesh Limited. He started with one of the first BPO Company in Bangladesh, Digicon Technologies PLC, with a vision to achieve excellence in our endeavors through our innovative and diversified approaches to challenges. As well as he is the member of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries (FBCCI) and Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services (BASIS). He also served as the President for Bangladesh Association of Contact Center & Outsourcing (BACCO). He has been honored with a prestigious award at the 6th “NRB Day” for his outstanding contribution to technology.
Md. Foisal Hossain, Company Secretary of Digicon Technologies PLC, completed his Masters of Tax Management from the University of Dhaka. He also Completed CA Course under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh from a reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm named Shafiq Basak & Co. He has Practical knowledge of Capital Raises, Initial Public Offering (IPO), company registration and so on. He also has experience with RJSC related all works like annual return filing, new company registration etc. Has knowledge of relevant laws, Companies Act, BSEC rules & regulations, Stock Exchanges rules & Regulations, VAT, Tax, etc.
